    Counseling for Mothers

    Everyone looks to you to figure it out. You give so much and when it comes to taking care of yourself, you’re too tired or don’t have the time to. 

    Motherhood is one of the most underrated roles a woman can have. You have done the most selfless thing in bringing a human into the world. This is not only limited to mothers who give birth, but also to those who adopt and foster. Raising children has no real guidebook and it can be stressful when you feel like you are not good enough.

    You can be a new mom trying to figure it all out and do all the things. Or you can be a mother who has raised all your children and now trying to figure out who you are again. If you find yourself at a crossroads and don’t know where to turn, I can help you navigate the world of motherhood and what it means to you. 

    I provide a safe space where you can be your full self and not have any judgment or criticisms. I will be the one in your corner helping you establish boundaries, discover self-care and become more than a mother. Working with me will be your chance to give back to yourself and revitalize what your life is like when you’re taking care of yourself and those you love. 

    Having been a new mother and dealt with postpartum depression personally, I was able to reach out to a therapist who helped me work through my postpartum symptoms and have a better outlook on being a mother. I want to be able to provide the same support to you.
